dc.description.abstract | This research aims to determine the effects of the COVID-19 Pandemic on human resource management practices. Research data were collected from the Human Resources Managers (HRM) of the enterprises using a questionnaire. Within the scope of the research, 240 questionnaires were collected, and the analyses were carried out on these questionnaires. Hypotheses were tested using Chi-Square analysis. As a result of the research, it was found that the COVID-19 Pandemic caused changes in the transition of enterprises to remote or flexible working models, employee procurement and selection, training, performance management, career management, and motivation practices. It is thought that the research results will make an important contribution to both the literature and businesses. | en_US |
