Spor genel müdürlüğü personelinin örgütsel vatandaşlık ve örgütsel özdeşleşme davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı, Spor Genel Müdürlüğünde çalışanların algılarına dayalı olarak örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama deseninde yürütülmüştür. Spor Genel Müdürlüğünde çalışan personelin örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki farklılıklar, ilişkisiz ölçümlerde t testi, Tek yönlü varyans analizi (One Way ANOVA), Kruskal Wallis testi, Mann Whintey U testi ve Pearson korelasyon katsayısı analizi kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Çalışma bulguları Spor Genel Müdürlüğü personelin örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranış düzeylerinin her ikisinde de pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışmanın sonuçları ayrıca Spor Genel Müdürlüğü personelin örgütsel özdeşleme davranışlarıyla demografik değişkenlerden yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, kurumda çalışma süresi, eğitim düzeyi ve algılan sosyo-ekonomik düzeyine göre anlamlı bir fark olmadığını ancak kurumdaki görevine göre değişkeninde ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların kurumdaki görevlerine göre örgütle özdeşlemesi diğer memurlara göre karşılaştırıldığında müdür ve şube müdürlerinin daha yüksek olduğu sonucu çıkmıştır.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors based on the perceptions of employees at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, General Directorate of Sports. The differences between the organizational identification and organizational citizenship behaviors of the personnel working at the General Directorate of Sports were tested by using t test in Unrelated measurements, One Way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann Whintey U test and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. The findings of the study show that both the organizational identification and the level of organizational citizenship behavior of the employees of the General Directorate of Sports are both positive and moderate. The results of the study also showed that there is no statistically significant difference between the organizational identification behavior of the Sports General Directorate and the demographic variables in terms of age, gender, marital status, working time in the institution, education level and perception socio-economic level, but there is a statistically significant difference in the variable according to the task in the institution. In addition, the identification of the employees according to their duties in the institution compared with other officers compared to other officers and branch managers have come to the conclusion that higher.
