İlköğretim öğrencilerinin ahlaki olgunluk düzeyleri ile fair play davranışları arasındaki ilişki
Özet
Bu araĢtırmada “ilköğretim öğrencilerinin ahlaki olgunluk düzeyleri ile fair play
davranıĢları arasındaki iliĢkinin incelenmesi” amaçlanmıĢtır.
AraĢtırma “iliĢkisel tarama modeli” kullanılarak yürütülmüĢtür. AraĢtırmanın evrenini
Sakarya ili Ferizli ilçesindeki resmi devlet okullarda öğrenim gören ilköğretim
öğrencileri oluĢtururken, örneklemi ise belirtilen evren içerisinden kolayda örnekleme
yöntemiyle seçilen 900 (439 kadın+461 erkek) sağlıklı birey oluĢturmaktadır. Veri
toplama araçları olarak; “KiĢisel Bilgi Formu”, “Fair Play DavranıĢlarını Sergileme
Sıklığı Ölçeği”, “Çocuklar Için Ahlaki Olgunluk Ölçeği” kullanılmıĢtır. Ġstatistiksel
analizlerde; bağımsız gruplar t-testi, varyans analizi (ANOVA), Pearson korelasyon ve
Regresyon analizleri kullanılmıĢtır. AraĢtırma bulguları incelendiğinde katılımcıların
ahlaki olgunluk puanlarında; cinsiyet, sınıf değiĢkeni, akademik baĢarı algıları, okul
sporlarına katılım ve lisanslı sporcu olma değiĢkenine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit
edilirken; buna karĢın geleneksel çocuk oyunlarına katılım ve okulun bulunduğu yer
değiĢkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiĢtir. Katılımcıların fair play
davranıĢ sergileme sıklığı; cinsiyet, sınıf değiĢkeni, akademik baĢarı algıları, geleneksel
çocuk oyunlarına katılım değiĢkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilirken; buna
karĢın okul sporlarına katılım, lisanslı sporcu olma ve okulun bulunduğu yer
değiĢkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmemiĢtir. Katılımcıların ahlaki olgunluk
düzeyleri ile fair play davranıĢları arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı iliĢki
tespit edilmiĢtir. Ayrıca ahlaki olgunluk düzeylerinin fair play davranıĢları tarafından
yordandığı tespit edilmiĢtir.
Sonuç olarak; Katılımcıların fair play davranıĢları arttıkça ahlaki olgunluklarınında
arttığı söylenebilir. In this research, it is aimed to "examine the relationship between primary school
students' moral maturity levels and fair play behaviors".
The research is conducted by using a correlational survey model. While the research
population consists of primary school students studying at official public schools in
Ferizli district of Sakarya Province, the sample consists of 900 (439 female + 461 male)
healthy individuals selected by convenience sampling method from the stated
population. As data collection tools personal information form, frequency of exhibiting
fair play behaviors scale, and moral maturity scale for children questionnaire form are
used. In statistical analysis; independent groups t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA),
Pearson correlation, and Regression analyzes are used. When the research findings are
examined, ethical maturity scores differ greatly according to gender, class variable,
sense of academic achievement, participation in school sports, and certificated player
variable on the other hand, no significant difference is found according to the variables
of participation in traditional children's games and the location of the school. The
frequency of acting fair play behavior of the participants differs greatly according to
gender, class variable, sense of academic achievement, and participation in traditional
children's games on the other hand, no significant difference is found according to
variables of participation in school sports, being a certificated player and the location of
the school. A moderately significant positive correlation was found between the moral
maturity levels of the participants and their fair play behaviors. Additionally, it has been
stated that ethical maturity levels are predicted by fair play behaviors.
Consequently, as the participants' ethical maturity level rises, there is a noticeable
enhancement in their fair play behavior
