Development a Simulation Model for Dynamic Analysis of High Bar Dismounts

In this study, it is aimed to develop a simulation model for dynamic analysis of high bar dismounts. Simulation model was developed using MATLAB Simscape and Simulink tools. Bar and gymnast were represented by a link-segment model. The link-segment model was formed as block diagrams in MAT LAB environment. The anthropometric data of the gymnast was adapted from previous studies. Joint moments were calculated by simulating a twisting dismount. Our results were consistent with previous studies. Analysis of different dismounts can also be done using this simulation model.
